Refund Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your new artwork. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned undamaged and in 100% re-saleable condition.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • If the returned item arrives damaged, a refund cannot be issued.

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets the conditions above, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact me at ruimcosta@randomgrain.com.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at ruimcosta@randomgrain.com. Include photographs of the damage, along with images of the packaging, so I can investigate and resolve the issue for you.


Non-Returnable Items
