When will my item arrive?
I will do my best to complete your order and ship it as soon as possible. From the time the order is placed, it usually takes me about a week to ship it. Shipping times usually take less than 7 days, and can take up to 2 weeks depending on where you are.
Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are given a tracking number so that you can follow your artwork from a carefully prepared shipment, to your home!
Where do you ship to?
I ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is included in the price of your artwork.
Where are you based?
I am based in Porto, in Portugal.
All darkroom prints are handmade by myself in the darkroom.
All fine art prints are fulfilled by a local fine art printer and framer, and individually checked by me.
What materials do you use?
All prints are hand produced in Portugal and hand-signed with pencil within the white border.
Darkroom Prints are done on Ilford Fiber Based paper (for black&white) or Chrystal Archive RA-4 paper (for colour). Toned and stabilised to last a lifetime.
Fine Art Prints are hand produced using Hahnemulle Photo Rag premium fine art paper (310gsm). I guarantee accurate and consistent reproductions using superior giclée printing techniques, that last a lifetime with appropriate care.
Is there a way to see what the artwork might look like on my wall before ordering?
Yes, if you are on my mailing list, you can request a room ‘mockup’. Simply send me a picture of the wall you’d like to place the art on, with some of the room included in the shot, and I will create a mockup for you to show you how the artwork will look.
